Logging in and creating users

Hi,

I just installed WWWdb on a Debian system, al went smooth except
for the hardcoded part of htdocs in WWWdb_TransUri.pm, I suggest
changing APACHE_BASE_PATH to point to the directory WWWdb is located
or create another constant APACHE_DOC_PATH so I can set it to /var/www/.

Now that I've installed it I like to know how to login and create user
accounts...
