Oh yes, that may be A problem at the moment. In the first distributions I
forgot to add a IsAdmin Entry in wwwdb_state.
You can do this with the following SQL-Statement:
INSERT INTO wwwdb_state
(session_id,key,key_value,last_change) values
('0000000000000000','IsAdmin','Yes',NULL);
In the actual distribution it is included.
After adding this, and logging as wwwdb you can move to the Application
WWWdb:System:CreateLogin using the hierarchy:
Top/WWWdb/Admin.
